By moving back to New Zealand in 2019 From Europe our studio name has transformed from ARchitectus Zieba Architects to: Zieba.DesignStudio, so you may still notice when browsing website content that some of the previous projects will have a references to: ARchitectus Zieba Architects.
Team
Studio was founded in 2009 by a group of experienced designers. The team has over twenty years of experience in the architectural industry.
We specialize in Interior Design. We did design Office Buildings, Hotels and private homes. Our designers also have extensive experience, knowledge and skills gained in designing large-scale shopping malls and smaller commercial and service facilities. In design, we use advanced tools and technologies to create precise 3DRevit models and animations that enable better understanding of the project and ensure fruitful cooperation in investment implementation.
Thanks to this, Zieba.DesignStudio provides its clients with the highest quality projects in the BIM standard, in line with the latest standards and requirements.

INTERIOR DESIGN
We specialize in interior design for residential and commercial interior projects. Many of our interior projects including: shops, restaurants and offices have been the basis of our experience.
We deal with technical drafts, visualizations as well as workshop drawings. We are in cooperation with a builder's crew with proven ability and skills.
Our Studio provide clients with supervising all the works involved: interior decorating and assist if necessary with purchases of furniture and needed equipment.
FURNITURE AND DECORATION / DESIGN
We also design individual furniture for our clients as an option to make our interiors exceptional and unique. If our client agrees, we may design original graphics, oil paintings and watercolors paintings as well. To make all pieces work as one.
GARDEN DESIGN
A garden is never finished—it is a creation that evolves from season-to-season and year-to-year. Experienced gardeners are well aware of this reality and have even come to enjoy the ephemeral nature of their outdoor spaces. If a plant outgrows its previous home, or performs less than adequately, they enjoy selecting its replacement. When the seasons change, they enjoy seeing different plants take center stage and when drought or other climatic conditions strike, they enjoy meeting the challenge.
Gardeners are always tinkering, always improving, always dreaming. Once one section of their property is complete, they move onto another, eventually circling back for fine tuning. INTERNET SERVICES
We make interior design not only in Auckland but throughout New Zealand and abroad. Upon receipt of the construction documentation we can also make proposals from a distance via zoom meetings, emails and internet. Prepared by qualified design team drawings are detailed, so our overseeing from a site abroad is not an issue not necessary. All information is sent via e-mail, and we maintain telephone contact with the customer. For choosing selected equipment we indicate links to websites.

Detached house designs are very popular and constitute an interesting housing option for families who value complete freedom and a sense of privacy. Only free-standing buildings can provide complete peace, intimacy and harmony with nature.
Residents of multi-family buildings often consider moving to their own home, but are discouraged from implementing such a project by the potential costs and problems associated with undertaking construction.
Meanwhile, it often happens that the finances associated with building a comfortable and economical house may be comparable to the costs of purchasing an apartment in a good location. By browsing our work examples below, you can see that the designs of detached houses are a diverse offer and everyone can find the optimal design that completely meets their expectations.

Multi-unit residential development can be a complex and challenging process: a careful balance between meeting expectations of potential buyers, complying with Unitary or District Plan requirements and making a profit in the process.
We’ve worked with both experienced and first-time developers to design quality, well-considered terraced housing and low rise apartments, and can provide guidance and support from pre-design until project completion. Our 3D site constraints model helps to confirm the buildable area and the number and size of buildings that can be constructed, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to go ahead with the project. Once design is underway, our smart 3D software lets us walk you through the plan every step of the way.

Entertaining outdoors always seems so much more relaxed, both for the hosts and the guests, but how many people do you need to accommodate? Two for an intimate lunch? Eight for a sit-down dinner? Twelve or more for an informal BBQ?
Versatile elements that can satisfy more than one function are key in maximizing the potential of small spaces.
Small gardens for instance have a lot more potential than you may realize. Whether dealing with a long narrow space behind a vintage home, a cramped backyard that lacks privacy, or a shabby garden at the rear of a brownstone the possibilities are endless. So don’t write off your 40-foot by 20-foot outdoor area just yet—with the right design, it could be an incredible garden.

As part of the interior design and architecture projects, we are working closely with the teams of contractors tested over years for years, including specialists performing both turn key, raw state buildings and interior design:

Design process
A _ We focus on the design that suit your needs, both functional and aesthetical. To get knowledge of the customer’s expectations, we begin with an extensive interview in which we discuss the use of individual design, client lifestyle, favourite colours, materials, structure and style of the interior. We prefer to do it by using examples – the best way to be confident about understanding each other.
B_ We make an inventory in order to have a complete, accurate picture of the existing interior or or We make an inventory plot for future architectural design.
C _ We prepare a draft of the functional areas in order to meet the wishes of the client. This is a very important step, because it forms the basis of any changes in the walls or major changes in construction. If only there is a possibility, we offer some different functional arrangements.
if a customer would like to design with us his dream house we also prepare proposals for the architecture, taking under consideration investor. comments and suggestions. It is also an important stage where we decide about the main directions of architectural solutions we offer some different versions.
D_ Once approved by the client, we go to the functional design part. The concept is presented in the visualization and flat views in scale 1:25.
We design not only the architecture of the interior, but furniture (except upholstered). Only when we use individual furniture tailored to the room in which they are placed, the interior acquires its unique and unrepeatable expression. In the small interior, custom-made furnishings effect on the functionality of the apartment.
The architectural design at the concept stage contains many drawings. They are: Views of horizontal floor plans, cross-sections and elevation views and all the necessary drawings we need for clear presentation of our vision. Drawings usually are at a scale of 1: 100 or 1:50
E_ Regardless of whatever it is an interior design or architecture upon completion of the design concept, we go to the technical design. All elements are drawn precisely. The client receives full technical documentation, which consists of the construction project changes and added elements in the electrical system, water and sewerage. The final documentation is issued in the form of A3 books. There are all drawings in 1:25 scale and visuals
We cooperate with trusted and proven designers and installers. The investor receives the full documentation prepared for submission to the building permit
