The service we offer is the preparation of a Conceptual Design at the "b a s i c" level and is addressed to those of you who expect help in introducing changes and improvements to the existing or planned spatial arrangement of the interior. Our goal is to tailor it to individual needs and expectations.
The project consists of a functional and spatial design - communication of space and functions. Presentation of the color offer. A list of finishing elements such as floors and walls, furniture and lighting proposed in the project. This is a conceptual space design that only makes it easier for the investor to make decisions when purchasing individual pieces of equipment.
The project at the "b a s i c" level includes:

DRAWINGS showing new arrangement of interior partition walls, spaces divided into zones and functions, demolitions and new walls.

FLOOR DESIGN – floor plans with selection in colors and materials

CEILING DESIGN - ceiling design – plan views of suspended ceilings, decorative openings, details,

HYDR AULIC DESIGN showing the location of water and sewage outlets as well as radiators, including underfloor heating

ELECTRICAL DESIGN showing the location of lights, power sockets and switches for lighting and devices,

ARRANGING furniture, household appliances, sanitary ceramics furniture and wardrobes, kitchen furniture and other elements made to special order by a carpenter or a kitchen furniture showroom

MOOD BOARD - presentation of a group of colors corresponding to the combination of materials

SCHEDULE of finishing materials for floors with a drawing of their arrangement, finishing materials for walls, doors, plinths, door handles, ceramics and fittings, furniture and lighting, window decorations and so on.
