The service we offer is the preparation of a conceptual design at the "s t a n d a r d" level. The interior design package is a response to the needs of professional and complete interior design with the selection of all finishing elements proposed in the project, their quantity and indication of competitive places of purchase.
The conceptual design includes the design of the space and functions, the selection of colors and the color palette, finishing elements for walls and floors, lighting and furniture.
It is a complete space design, enabling construction renovation and interior decoration to be carried out on its basis.
The project at the "s t a n d a r d" level includes:

DRAWINGS: showing the new arrangement of interior partition walls, spaces divided into zones and functions; demolitions and new walls

FLOOR DESIGN – floor plans with selection in colors and materials,,

CEILING DESIGN – suspended ceiling plans, decorative openings, details

HYDRAULIC DESIGN showing the location of water and sewage outlets as well as radiators, including underfloor heating if specified,

ELECTRICAL DESIGN showing the location of lights, power sockets and switches for devices,

Design of the location of the audio system points for the living room

ARRANGING furniture, household appliances, sanitary ceramics, finishes,

BUILD IN FURNITURE - for typical living areas like: kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, storages, laundry and other made as a special order,

DESIGN for – solar panels made to order: shelves, countertops, wall panels, radiator covers

INTERNAL doors selection,

MOOD BOARD with colors selected for walls and ceilings

WINDOW ARRANGEMENT: curtains, drapes, curtain panels, roman blinds, blinds, etc.

SET-UP OF ALL FINISHING MATERIALS, type of floors, doors, plinths, door handles, ceramics and fittings, household appliances, furniture and lighting, window decorations, other elements characteristic of a given interior, e.g. fireplace portals, staircase finishing, balustrades, etc.
If Client agree we may help to arrange services drawings for: construction, air conditioning ventilation, central heating installations, water and sewage installations, fire protection installations, electrical and telecommunications installations. Projects are carried out by specialists in a given field who have the necessary authorizations and certificates. The offer is addressed primarily to owners of commercial and public premises.
The cost of implementing industry projects is to be determined individually for the project
For the Conceptual Design in the S T A N D A R D version, we also offer the possibility of author's supervision, which includes supervision at all stages of work, including plumbing, electrical, ceramic laying.
The price for author's supervision is an additional cost and starting at: $100NZD/h net per meeting on the construction site.
** Project include room visualizations in standard 1-2 per Room. Extra Visualizations are subject to an additional fee - to be agreed. Amount to be determined.
NOTE: All as per above the Final scope of work will be reviewed and tailored to every customer individually. This is only indicative scop of work for Interior Project Design at STANDARD Level.
