Project Description
The conceptual design of a one family house. Compact shape of the building make it looking modern. 4 storey Building. Elevations Eastern and Southern fully glazed with floors and accessible from the terrace. The outside terrace is also a roof spaces. The other Elevations of the building is concrete poured on site and impregnated against weather conditions. Ground floor Surface area is 80m2 for commercial usage and 3 floors above -residential levels in total 240m2.
Opis projektu
Projekt koncepcyjny domu jednorodzinnego. Bryła budynku zwarta. Budynek cztero-poziomowy. Elewacja wschodnia i południowa całkowicie przeszklona z dostępnym z poziomu pietra tarasem. Taras zewnętrzny jednocześnie jest zadaszeniem miejsc postojowych. Pozostałe ściany budynku to beton wylewany na miejscu i zaimpregnowany przed wpływem warunków atmosferycznych. Powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu to 80m2 w parterze jako usługi oraz trze poziomy mieszkalne w sumie 240m2.
