Project Description
The premise was to design the distribution of residential functions and peripherals in 4 separate buildings. These buildings have been fitted in the shape of the plot this is a quite big slope exposed to the South. Therefore, it was assumed that the Southern exposure for the building,(all the living areas opening) in may to be to just right idea. Three of the four buildings have been fitted in a hillside and include residential functions. They were sharing one lane of communication from the North Side, where also is the main entrance to the building. The fourth building is use as a garage building for 2 cars with technical rooms on the back. This building is located perpendicular to the other 3
(residential use) buildings. The shape of the main building (far greater then others) based on the elongated rectangle in the East-West direction with a clear opening in the South central part. In this case -option buildings have a pitched roofs. Accordingly roof over the main building with a slope 37 degrees, other roofs with a slope equal to 35 degrees.
Roofing anticipated as a graphite sheets for standing seam along the edge of the roof.
Because of the significant differences of land established an internal division of the ground floor on 3 levels. The level of the ground floor - entrance area to the garage level 0.95 residential level - 0,00m and the lowest level of the apartment on the East side -0,7m terms of the level of 0.00.
Due to the issuance of a building glazed have a large part of the garden façade.
Part of the main building from the east - west will be made of natural stone with a significant thicknes. On the Façade will be wooden cladding with the horizontal articulation, and white acrylic or mineral plaster, and a flashing colored roofing. Dominated by bright pastel colors. Gutters - best - retractable internal - hoods, roofs partially line the walls of the outer building partially hidden aligned with the line of the wall.
Roof windows on the south side - as an option.
The project was inspired by the architecture of Warren & Mahoney (Morrison House) Bendemeer Estate - the client liked the design and wanted something in similar climate

Założeniem projektowym było rozłożenie funkcji mieszkalnych i peryferyjnych w 4 osobnych budynkach. Budynki te wpasowane zostały w kształt działki a działka ta ma dość spore nachylenie w kierunku południowym. W związku z tym iż założono wystawienie południowe dla zabudowy, wszystkie pomieszczenia mieszkalne maja otwarcie na południe. Trzy z 4 budynków zostały wpasowane w stok i zawieraja funkcje mieszkalne. Połaczone one zostały pasem komunikacji od strony północnej, gdzie również znajduje się wejście główne do budynku. Czwarty budynek to budynek garażu na 2 samochody osobowe wraz z pomieszczeniami technicznymi. Budynek ten zlokalizowany jest prostopadle do pozostałych 2 z 3 budynków mieszkalnych. Kształt budynku głównego ( zdecydowanie większego ) oparty na wydłużonym prostokącie w kierunku wschód -zachód, z wyraźnym otwarciem na południe w części środkowej. W przypadku wszsytkich budynków zastosowano dachy dwuspadowe. Odpowiednio dach nad budynkiem głównym o nachyleniu 37stopni pozostałe dachy o kącie nachylenia równym 35 stopni.
Pokrycie dachowe przewiduje się jako z blachy grafitowej na stojący rąbek wzdłóż krawędzi dachu.
Z racji na sporą róznicę terenu założono wewnętrzny podział poziomu parteru na 3 poziomy. Poziom parteru strefy wjazdu do garażu, poziom 0,95 poziom mieszkalny -0,00m oraz najniższy poziom również mieszkalny od strony wschodniej -0,7m względem poziomu 0,00.
Ze wzgledu na niepowtażalne wystawienie budynku przeszklono dużą część elewacji ogrodowej.
Część budynku głównego od strony wschód - zachód będzie w murze z kamienia naturalnego o znacznej grubożci pozostała część elewacji obłożona będzie drewnem o artykulacji poziomej, tynku białym akrylowym lub mineralnym oraz w obróbce blacharskiej w kolorze pokrycia dachowego. Przeważają kolory jasne pastelowe-kolory ziemi- brązy sepie. Rynny najlepiech chowane wewnętrzne - okapy dachów częściowo w linii ściany zewnetrznej budynku częściowo ukryte wyrównane z linią ściany.
